We cannot always guarantee a timely response to a phone message, but we do check and respond to emails several times a day.

Please read the following information for answers to our most frequently asked questions, including what to do if an order was received damaged.

Payment information:

Credit cards and Paypal payment accepted. Our credit card processing is secure and safe. You will be able to sign into your paypal account just prior to final check out. Or list your credit card information for direct billing to your credit card.

Shipping Time Frame Information:

We ship all orders from our Eastern Pennsylvania warehouse. Most orders are released in 2-3 days, shipping time is then as follows USPS priority mail (2-3 day delivery) or Fed Ex ground (3-5 business days). Oversized orders may ship parcel post which is a longer shipping time. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain areas depending on cost to ship the order. If an order is canceled for this reason a full refund will be issued.

On occasion, due to restocking, or during the holiday seasons, orders may take 7-10 days to ship. We will email you if your order is being restocked. If you have an availability questions, please email us before ordering.

To request overnight or any type of express delivery please email shelleybservice@gmail.com and note RUSH SHIP in the reference line. Additional charges will apply.

Item received damaged?

No worries, all shipments are insured.  We have steps in place to make starting a claim simple and easy for you.  Please follow the instructions so we can quickly resolve issues for you.
 
Do not call to start a damaged product claim, instead see the back of the green invoice in your shipment for instructions or follow instructions below.  You do not need to return the damaged item.
 
Email a photo of damages to shelleybservice@gmail.com and reference DAMAGED SHIPMENT in the email reference. The email must include an attached photo of damages, the item number, your name and address and the order number. Also the tracking number from the shipping label. A claim can be started with this information and we will reply via email to confirm claim is started. You will be issued a refund or replacement.

Returns:

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email shelleybservice@gmail.com for return instructions.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. To receive full credit on returned items, you must email shelleybservice@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization. Items returned to our facility, without first obtaining this number will be refused and returned to sender. We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue a 25% restocking fee on items returned outside of our return policy. Shipping fees are non refundable.

Items must be returned in original box and packaging with all instructions etc. Customer is responsible for safe, return shipping of all items, insured shipping is recommended. Refunds will not be given for items damaged upon return to our store. Please allow 14 days for check in and refund of all returns.

If order originally qualified for Free Shipping, and no longer qualifies for free shipping after returned items are deducted from the order, customer will be charged for original shipping cost.

If an entire Free Shipping order is returned, original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

International Shipping:

International orders welcomed. Shopping cart shipping calculator will calculate US, Canada and Australia shipping rates only.  Oversized items sent internationally may require additional shipping charges.  You will be contacted via email if additional charges are due. 
 
All other locations: Please email shelleybservice@gmail.com with a list of item numbers and quantities you would like to order and request a shipping quote prior to purchasing your items. You will be contacted with shipping cost, if you choose to purchase the items we will then send you a paypal invoice.

We attempt to handle all insurance claims with photos of damages, however damages to international shipments may require the buyer to return the item to start an insurance claim. Item will be returned at the buyers expense. Please email us to open the claim, before returning the item.
